    I have had several services at Firestone. Initially I was given the wrong diagnosis for a noise my car made, but I have returned several times after that and service was great. Normally services have a warranty which allows you to return if something was not completed well. I have had brake jobs completed, alignments, complete diagnostic test for lights that came on in my car. I've had no trouble with the work done on my car. Services may be a bit pricey, but one can always check online for coupons. Overall, staff is friendly and helpful. It's usually busy, so it helps to make an appointment.
